Dear foi,

Thank you for getting back to me. By hybrid mail services I mean where you send a letter to print in a remote location (normally off site at a 3rd party provider) who then prints, encloses and despatch letters for you. Many Councils and businesses uses these services as sending a letter this way costs less than the price of a stamp without the added cost of paper, ink and envelope.

Revs & Bens do not use a hybrid mail service.

No contract is held, this work is carried out on an ad-hoc basis.

3) When does the contract(s) expire

N/A

4) What is the average annual spend against this contract(s)
In 2018 the Council spent approximately £13,585.98
