36 months (3 years).
Start Date: 30/06/2017.
End Date: 30/06/2020.

4. Number of devices?

25 x Multi Function Devices (MFD’s).

Breakdown;

8x iR ADV 1435i & Copy Card Reader.
5x iR ADV C255i & Copy Card Reader.
7x iR ADV C5535i, Pedestal & Inner Finisher.
3x iR ADV C5560i, High Capacity Tray, Booklet Finisher, Buffer Pass, 2/4 Hole Punch.
2x iR ADV C7280i, Booklet Finisher & Punch Unit.

5. Annual print/copy volume

Figures based on historic volumes;

Mono pages 2.6 million pages per annum.
Colour pages 360k pages per annum.

6. Annual spend?

Circa £45k (variable depending on print volume – figure based on historic volumes) per annum incudes leased printers, software & maintenance, cost of print per page, and commercial costing.

7. Details on how these were procured. i.e. By Framework

Framework via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS).

Framework name: Multifunctional Devices, Managed Print and Content Services and Records and Information Management.

File Conversion Module.
Meap Applets.
Card Readers.

9. Do they supply you with any scanning software (additional to the software native to the device)?

No.

10. What Document Management solution/s do you currently use within your organization?

Microsoft SharePoint.

11. What PDF software do you pay for? And how many licenses do you pay for (an average per annum would be a good number here please)?

The first is Adobe Pro DC for which we have 5 licences renewed annually; the second is PDF Docs which is licensed for 1050 users annually.
