Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information

We have a Managed Print Service for all copying, printing, scanning
services. Estimated expenditure £500,000 - £600,000 per annum, based upon
usage of prints for mono & colour only.

 

c. Print room / reprographics

We have a managed print service for all Bulk Printing and Mailing
Services, which includes digital printing services/reprographics.
Estimated expenditure (across all services for BPMS) £1,080,000.00.

Procurement method.

We do not have any print managed software on the network for printers, but
we do have print management software specific to the BPMS managed services
delivery - Tharstons.

 

9. Do they supply you with any scanning software (additional to the
software native to the device)?

Yes, bespoke scanning and printing for application specific requirements.

 

10. What Document Management solution/s do you currently use within your
organization?
