1. Answer: There is a contract listed on the APUC website with details of
the supplier for print room, photocopiers and MFDs.
This can be found at [6]http://www.apuc-scot.ac.uk
Individual printers are procured on an as-needs basis to replace existing
stock as required. We purchase fewer than 12 printers per year

2. Answer: Please see the answer to question 1. There is no contract for
supply of printers.
3. Length of contract/s and end dates?

4. Answer We do not normally release this information to the general
public for security reasons.

5. Answer: The contract value provides an indication of the expected
volume for the 4-year period. We are a growing organisation so do not have
a static annual volume.
6. Annual spend?

6. Answer: Please see the APUC website for the spend on print
room/photocopiers/MFDs.   
7. Details on how these were procured. i.e. By Framework

7. Answer: These were procured through APUC.
8. Do you have any print management software? If so, which
software?
8. Answer: We use a product called Papercut.
9. Do they supply you with any scanning software (additional to the
software native to the device)?
9. Answer: No
10. What Document Management solution/s do you currently use within
your organization?
10. Answer: We run a Doc Q Manager and Doc Q ticket solution.
