Q3. Length of contract/s and end dates?
A3. Five years, ends July 2021.

b. Printers: 141
c. Print room/reprographics
Q5. Annual print/copy volume
A5. 15.7 million
Q6. Annual spend?
A6. £318,000 (includes paper)
Q7. Details on how these were procured.
A7. Framework, APUC Print and Copy
Q8. Do you have print management software?
A8. Yes, Safecom.
Q9. Do they supply you with any scanning software (additional to the software native to the device)?
A9. No, separate software which is all managed by Safecom.
Q10. What Document Management solution/s do you currently use within your organisation?
A10. Serengeti and SharePoint
