Dear Mr Steele
I am progressing your request and currently have answers to the questions below. I will chase colleagues for the remainder of the data and get back to you -
Q1. We have a managed print contract with Konica Minolta. This contract covers a, b & elements of c. Any other contract for scope within part c that doesn't fall within the Konica Minolta contract isn't covered through ICT.
Q2. The Konica Minolta contract is placed on a 3 year contract, with the option to extend by an additional 3 years. The extension, if invoked, would be a flat 3 year extension. There is no opportunity to extend in 1 year increments.
Q6. The Konica Minolta contract was procured as a further competition exercise, utilising the Crown Commercial Services Framework (RM3781 - Lot 2).

Dear Judith,
Thank you for your reply.
I'm not sure whether it's me but when I click on the link you provided it takes me to the Crown Commercial Services website page where it details the RM3781 framework & associated lots. I don't see any information or link to provide the start & end dates of your managed service contract with Konica.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Steele
Dear Judith
The link provided in your last communication does not provide the contract dates. It merely takes you to the CCS Framework page where no contract info is held.
Please can you either provide a correct link to where the contract dates/info can be found or provide the contract info in your reply?
Thank you.
Yours faithfully
Chris Steele

Hi Chris
Our ICT procurement has confirmed the following:
" ...the contract was signed on 01/03/2019 for 3 years, with an optional 3 year extension. This means current end date is 28/02/2022 with the option to compliantly extend to 28/02/2025."
I hope that this answers your request in full.
Kind Regards,
Jo
