MFDs.  The service does not have a print room.

 

Q2. Companies awarded?

Kyocera

 

Q3. Length of contract/s and end dates?

3 years from August 2019

 

Q4. Number of devices?

MFD - 69

 

Q5. Annual print/copy volume

MFD -  Approx. 2m sheets

 

Q6. Annual spend?

Print Costs approx. £18k per year.  Lease and Software approx. £28k per
year.

 

Q7. Details on how these were procured. i.e. By Framework

Procurement method – Further Competition against the Crown Commercial
Service’s Framework RM3781 - Multifunctional Devices and Print Management
Services (Lot 2).

 

Q8. Do you have any print management software? If so, which software?

All incorporated

No
