Printer credit purchased

I would like to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, the total amount received by the purchase of printer credit at the University of Manchester for the academic years 2006/7, 2007/08 and 2008/09.
I would also like to request the number of printer credits purchased during these academic years.

Can you expand on the meaning of 'printer credit'. I will need this so that I may determine what department of the University I need to contact regarding your request.
