Thank you for your request for information. In answer to your enquiry I can
provide the following response on behalf of East Dunbartonshire Council

Q1. Companies awarded?

Xerox UK Limited is the contracted supplier of photocopiers, printers,
print room and reprographic equipment.

Q2. Length of contract/s and end dates?
a. Photocopiers/MFDs

4 year contract ending 31/03/2020

Q3. Number of devices?
a. Photocopiers/MFDs

The supplier provides the Council with 472 multi function devices of which
3 are sited in our Reprographics / Print room. The Council has no devices
which are solely printers.

Q4. Annual print/copy volume

In the last year I can confirm that there were 3,002,266 impressions made
on 3 Print Room devices and 34,956,947 impressions on all other devices in
the fleet.

I regret to advise that this is considered to be commercially sensitive and
therefore exempt from release under Section 33 of the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002 'commercial interests and the economy.'
Specifically, Section 33(1)(b) which exempts from release information where
the disclosure would, or is likely to, prejudice substantially the
commercial interests of any person.

The Council has print Management Software however I regret to advise that
this is considered to be commercially sensitive and therefore exempt from
release under Section 33 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
'commercial interests and the economy.' Specifically, Section 33(1)(b)
which exempts from release information where the disclosure would, or is
likely to, prejudice substantially the commercial interests of any person.

organization?
