Dear Greta,

Thank you for your email requesting information regarding our print
suppliers and hybrid mail information. I wanted to let you know that I
have received the request and would normally provide a response on or
before 8th March 2023; however, I note that in your request, you do not
provide us with your full name. The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act
2002 (“FOISA”) requires the requestor to provide their full name. As in
this case, where the request is made by email it should be within the body
of the email.

I have a duty under FOISA to assist you with your enquiry and therefore
wanted to let you know that without your full name, I am not required to
proceed with your request, this would also be the case if you provide a
false name.

If you would like me to continue with your request I would be grateful if
you could supply your full name. Your contact details would also be useful
but this isn’t necessary for me to respond to you. Further information on
how to make a request under the FOISA can be found on the Scottish
Information Commissioner’s website at

If you would like any further information relating to this, I can be
contacted by emailing [1][email address].
