 Our contract with our supplier contains obligations of confidentiality in
relation to "all information designated as such by party in writing
together with all such other information which relates to the business
affairs, finance, products of either party, together with all information
which may reasonably be regarded as the confidential information of the
disclosing party".

 We maintain that the information requested would constitute Confidential
information. We also maintain that the release of specific details
regarding the contract value and annual support & maintenance costs, are
likely to prejudice our commercial interests by making these details
public. This may be damaging to us and our suppliers standing with other
customers and to future customer tenders and quotations.
