The Trust's contract is sourced through public procurement framework agreement via Crown Commercial Services. The energy charge is commercially sensitive information and therefore exempt under section 43(2) of the FOIA.

We lease MFDs through a public procurement framework agreement via Crown Commercial Services. The terms and conditions for these framework contracts are publicly available through their website.

The make and model vary according to need. We principally use machines from Kyocera, RICOH and Konica
