Further to my earlier response to your request under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act I am writing to update you on the situation.

Due to the unprecedented pressure on the Trust at this time there has unfortunately been a delay in our responding to requests for information. Many staff have been redeployed, leaving limited capacity to respond to FOI requests . We are contacting you to ask if you wish to proceed with your request or, due to the current situation, if you are prepared to withdraw your request at this time.

Please could you confirm whether you still wish to have your request processed as an FOI request in light of the already burdensome situation our Trust is in?
