Answer

The names of officers below Director level are exempt under FOI Section
40(2), which applies to personal data when disclosure would be contrary to
any of the data protection principles. In this case disclosure is not
compatible with the first principle, which concerns fairness, as the
officers concerned would legitimately not expect their names to be
disclosed outside of communications when they are directly involved in
service delivery.

 

 

6. Who is in charge of the day to day running of MFD devices from a

Answer

Answer

Merton has, in preparation for document management across the authority
scanned approximately 80% of the paper records it holds. We have a project
underway to scan all remaining paper records.

 

8. Does the council have a mail room?

If yes, how many staff work in the mail room?

 

Answer

Merton has merged the Mail room and Print room 5 staff work in Mail but
some of their time is spent working for Print.

 

9. Does the council have a hybrid mail system?

If yes, what system does the council use?

 

Answer

 

No Hybrid as such. In merging the Print & Post using rules based print
software (ATI) we have developed our own internal hybrid mail system
