6. What are the start and end dates for the print support contract(s) if applicable?
7. What is the approximate spend on printers and consumables during the last year?
8. What is the length of the MFD contract(s)?
9. What is the approximate spend on MFD’s and consumables during the last full year?
10. What are the start and end dates for the managed print contract in your organization (if applicable)?
11. Which procurement route or framework was used to procure this service?
12. The named person and their role in your organization is in charge of the procurement for printing and any managed print contracts.

Description : Printer Information

I acknowledge your request for information received on 2017-07-10

Your request is being considered and you will receive the information
requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days (Freedom of
Information Act 2000/Environmental Information Regulations) or 40 calendar
days (Data Protection access requests).

For your information, the Acts and Regulations define a number of

The authority (excluding schools) has around 800 printing devices and
approximately 220 of those are MFD’s. There are 580 for schools.
 

 2. What percentage of your fleet is in colour vs mono?

 
MFD’s only – Colour Devices represent approximately 80% of fleet.
 
Information for other printers not held.
 

 3. In terms of useage, what is your monthly page volumes?

 
Information not held.
 
4.    Who are the main manufacturers for the printers (hardware)?
 
MFD’s only – Sharp
 
Other printers are no longer purchased.
 
5.    Who are the main supplier(s) of print consumables (Toner, spares,
etc)?
 
MFD’s only - Midshire Business Systems 
 
Competitive costs are obtained for any other printers
 
6.    What are the start and end dates for the print support contract(s)
if applicable?
 
MFD’s only - Support is for four years from the installation of the
device.
 
7.    What is the approximate spend on printers and consumables during the
last year?
