Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
In an email dated Friday 13 September, the Assistant Director for Regeneration advised that the Authority was following revised principles of consultation, as published by the Government in 2018:

Please advise when the local authority was notified of these revised principles and the date they were implemented, and how this was communicated to staff and by whom?
