Dear Ms Heald,
Thank you for your email dated 24 October 2014 about EduBase.
You requested: “I would be very grateful if you could provide a list of all the UK  Principals and
Deputies of FE Colleges and Sixth Form Colleges  in spreadsheet format. I would like the following
details: Name of Principal Principals email address Name of Deputy Principal Deputies email address
Name of College, Address, Postcode, Local Authority Number of Students (if possible) Type (FE, Sixth
Form) Telephone Number.”

I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and a  copy of the
information as held by the Department as at 13 November 2014 is attached.

I have prepared for you on a excel spreadsheet –

An extract of all educational establishments in England listed on EduBase with a phase of education
of “Further Education” with addresses, Head Teacher details, school email addresses and telephone
number where available.

At present the Department does not hold individual Head Teacher or school staff email information,
and for this reason we have supplied you with the school email address where possible.

School level pupil numbers are available in the publication “Schools, pupils and their
characteristics”, the current edition can be found on the GOV.UK website here:
[1]https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...

Information on learners, learning programmes and learner achievement is published by the Skills
Funding Agency and is available on GOV.UK here:
 [2]https://www.gov.uk/government/statistica...

The extract can be sorted to your own requirements by Phase of Education (primary, secondary etc.)
or Type of Establishment (academy, free school, community school, etc.). Further information on
these and other terms used within this extract can be found in the EduBase glossary:
 [3]http://www.education.gov.uk/edubase/glos...

The Department for Education is responsible for education and children’s services in England. The
department does not hold information for educational establishments in Scotland, Wales and Northern
Ireland. This information may be available using the following links:

Scotland  [4]http://www.educationscotland.gov.uk/

Wales  [5]http://wales.gov.uk/statistics-and-resea...

Northern Ireland  [6]http://www.deni.gov.uk/

As part of the data extract we have included the school Unique Reference Number (URN) so that if you
