Dear Priestley College,

I’m seeking information from Priestley College under the freedom of information act. Please review the below list and respond in a maximum of 20 days as you are required to do under the freedom of information act.

1. Please provide copies of any correspondence between Priestley college and Millennium Primary School (a primary school in London, Greenwich) between 1st June 2023 and present. I understand that you may need to redact personal information (such as names and email addresses etc) and potentially other information.

2. Please provide copies of any correspondence between any members of SLT at Priestley College and Millennium Primary School between 1st June 2023 and present. I understand that you may need to redact personal information (such as names and email addresses etc) and potentially other information.

3. Please provide copies of any correspondence between Shelia Yates (chair of governors) and Millennium Primary School between 1st June 2023 and present. I understand that you may need to redact personal information (such as names and email addresses etc) and potentially other information.

4. Please provide copies of any correspondence between Carole Owen (clerk to governors) and Millennium Primary School between 1st June 2023 and present. I understand that you may need to redact personal information (such as names and email addresses etc) and potentially other information.

5. Please provide copies of any correspondence between any members of the Priestley College governing body and Millennium Primary School between 1st June 2023 and present. I understand that you may need to redact personal information (such as names and email addresses etc) and potentially other information.

1. Confirm which exemption under the freedom of information act that you are relying on in order to withhold the requested information.
