Dear East Coast Main Line Company Limited,

Please release the Pricing and Ticketing Update (PTU) newsletters (or any similar newsletter) covering the period between May 2011 and February 2015.

You previously supplied PTUs covering the period December 2010 to April 2011, so I trust this won't be a problem.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Magheramorne

I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your below request.

You may be aware that, as of 1 March 2015, East Coast Main Line Company Limited is now trading as Virgin Trains East Coast following a share sale process. As a result, the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) no longer apply to the Company.

However, as your request was submitted while the Company was still subject to the FOIA, I am happy to respond to your request.

Please note that as the response will be issued by Virgin Trains East Coast, I will be responding outside the provisions of the Act.

I will be in touch in due course with my response.

Kind regards,

Matt Short
