most public bodies list the freedom of information requests on their website with status of what was released. you do not supply this data on your website
under FOI please give me an excel (NOT as a pdf) list of all FOI requests you have had since it became law. for each FOI request, please list:
date of request
date of reply
reference number/ID
status [whether information was fully released, partially released or withheld]

Thank you for your request for information which I received on 2 August. Your request is now receiving attention and you should hear from the council within 20 working days of receipt.
Sometimes a fee is payable if it is estimated that a request will take a council officer more than 18 hours to locate and copy the information and to send it out. If that is the case, I will let you know and a fees notice will be sent to you. You will then have to pay before we can proceed to deal with your request.

Please find attached Excel spreadsheets setting out the information you require.
You will see that I am unable to provide you with the date of the Council's reply to the requests. This is because the database used for recording requests does not have the ability to run this type of report. It would have to be done manually and would exceed the appropriate limit of £450 as set out in FOI Regulations. This represents the estimated cost of one person spending 2½ working days trawling through the database and manually typing the date of reply into the relevant spreadsheet.
You will also note that I am unable to indicate the exemption applied where a request has been refused or where a request has been answered fully or partially but we will be reviewing this for the future.
