Dear Mr Farnet,

Thank you for your email dated 30 July 2010. You requested the following information:

"Under FOI please give me an excel (NOT as a pdf) list of all FOI requests you have had since it became law. for each FOI request, please list: date of request, date of reply, reference number/ID, status [whether information was fully released, partially released or withheld]"

Please find attached. Please note that we do not hold the date of request or date of reply prior to July 2007. For some cases after this date we do not have a record of when the reply was sent as a response may have been handled outside of our correspondence management system for example.

I would also like to point out that the date of some of the requests may fall on a weekend or bank holiday therefore it may not be possible in some instances from the way the request is formatted to calculate whether or not we met the 20 working day deadline without taking this into account.

If you have any further questions relating to this matter, please contact me, ensuring that you quote the reference at the top of this letter.

If you are unhappy with the way the GLA has handled your request, you may complain using the FOI complaints procedure, available at: http://www.london.gov.uk/freedom-informa....

Yours sincerely,
