Dear Mr Farnet,

 

I refer to your request for information relating to received on 2^nd
August 2010.

 

Please see the information in response to your questions provided in the
attached document. The attached document lists all Freedom of Information
requests received by this authority prior to your request.

 

Please note that the level of information disclosed in each FOI response
was not regularly recorded in our database until January 2008. For this
reason there are 1204 requests on the attached spreadsheet that do not
indicate whether the response was a full or partial disclosure or if all
of the information requested was withheld (please see column F
“Information disclosure level” in the attached spreadsheet). Information
on the disclosure level has been included in the attachment from the date
it was regularly recorded in our database. In order to fully process your
request we would require you to reduce the scope as it will take in excess
of 18 hours to extract the detailed information relevant to the disclosure
level of each of the responses for which this information was not recorded
in our database. To extract this information would require manual
investigation of each of the 1204 responses. In accordance with the
provisions defined under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
we are unable to supply the information requested as the process of
identifying, locating, retrieving and, where appropriate, extracting the
information would significantly exceed the appropriate limit as defined by
the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and
Fees) Regulations 2004.

this data on your website

subject/title of the request [each request on the list should

include the subject/title of the request please]

status [whether information was fully released, partially released

or withheld]
