Prevention Of Rights

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, South Wales Police should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear South Wales Police,

I am now being prevented from making complaints to south wales police due to an abuse of police powers by stating I am being vexatious.

What other avenues are open to a complainant when they are prevented from making compaints.

Also when a person has criminal evidence agaisnt certain officers and PSD refuse to look at it, what is the next step for getting such evidence looked at?

Yours faithfully,

Mark Ritchie

Dear South Wales Police,

You state that I have made unfounded allegations against SWP yet I am the one who is offering to show you the evidence which you refuse to look at. Yours is the one who has made unfounded allegations by your accusation that I have made allegations yet have produced no evidence to back it up. The point is, I have the full evidence officers at SWP perverted the course of justice by tampering with evidence, lying in police interview and also harrassing me because I dared to challenge these corrupt officers.

As an example, Chief Superintendent Tim Jones assigned a complaint I made against him about lying and misleading my MP over his assurance that my case would be looked into finally, then actually when he assigned it to an IO he told him to only look at two points not the whole case. I raised the complaint against him and he assigns the investigation into himself to an officer under him. This was compeltely against police protocol and the IPCC upheld that fact. Are you going to argue against concrete evidence? This is all documented and I am quite happy to present it to you if you are in any doubt.

You also state that I have been raising issues against SWP to further my case. Yes. What did you think was going to happen? That I would be the victim of corruption by SWP and just accept that and move on?

Of course I am not going to let the matter drop until my case is investigated and the evidence I have is looked at. Contrary to what you state, SWP have not addressed this case as they refuse to even look at this evidence I have.

I will see if you reply to this before submitting my internal review request.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Ritchie

Dear South Wales Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of South Wales Police's handling of my FOI request 'Prevention Of Rights'.

You have blatantly ignored me once again as you have no answer as to why you are protecting corrupt police officers.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

Dear South Wales Police,

A feeble response once again. No explanation, no attempt to be open and honest and I expected nothing less from a thoroughly corrupt and contemptable force. Expect more requests until I am satisfied you are compliant with releasing information to the public.

This will also be passed to the ICO for further investigation.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Ritchie
