2. What kind of training (e.g. online or in-person; voluntary or compulsory) is provided to staff regarding sexual harassment/misconduct? Approximately how many staff have undergone this training in the last year? [or last year that has available data]

3. In the last year [or last year that has available data], how many cases of alleged sexual harassment/misconduct by staff (staff-student or staff-staff) have been reported to the university?

Yours faithfully,

Dear Freedom_of_Information,

Thank you for your response, but the link you've provided is broken. Can you please provide me with working links to where I can find the university's policy on sexual violence, where I can find information related to sexual violence training and reporting.

Dear London Metropolitan University,

I have looked through the disclosure log to find evidence of sexual harassment allegations, but cannot find information that responds to my question around training. Can you please advise?

Yours faithfully,

R. Brunk

Dear London Metropolitan University,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of London Metropolitan University's handling of my FOI request 'Preventing and dealing with sexual harassment'.

My request for information on policies, training and reporting related to London Met was denied, stating the information was available on their website through the link they provided in response. The link is broken, and while I was able to find the policy in question, I was not able to find information on training or reported allegations in the link they provided to their documented answers to FOI requests.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

R. Brunk
