Please advise if the Home Office has under the Prevent programme or any other programme:

1) collected biometric data (which would include a photograph) from an educational establishment or educational biometric supplier.

2) advised law enforcement agencies or any other body to collect biometric data (which would include a photograph) from an educational establishment or educational biometric supplier. Please advise which agencies or bodies were involved.

3) if the answer to either of the above question is 'yes' please advise the type of biometric that has been collected and how many data subjects have been subjected to their biometric data collected by year. Please advise as many years as you can without exceeding the cost in Section 12 of the Act.

Some parts of this request may be easier to answer than others and in such case please could you release available data as soon as possible rather than delay the entire request. If you are not fully certain of what it is I am asking then I look forward to contact from you as soon as possible to clarify what it is I am requesting in order to meet your obligations under the law. If the costs of processing this request exceed the limit in the Act after my specifications, please advise on what information you are able to supply within the cost limit.
