Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Brighton and Hove City Council should have responded by now (details). The person who made the request can complain by requesting an internal review.

1. Expenditure on computer software used for Bacs payment processing and Direct Debit collection. For financial years 2013/2014 & 2014/2015.
2013/2014 - new system and maintenance £18625.00
2014/2015 – maintenance £3857.50 plus assistance in transferring to new bank £2,000.00
The Bacs transfers are performed in-house and there is no additional expenditure for this function
2. A list of suppliers of the above software. –
