Namely of the project, money given, who received it etc. I believe you might have guessed I'm aware of some information how the project has been handled. But just need clarification or the official information. Namely if Cllr James Davies or/together with Prestatyn Town Council and or Prestatyn Town/County Councillors were in receipt of the money. To either manage or distribute etc.; and if as I understand it, was returned for management by Arts Council Wales.

Obviously if this FOI question of simply photocopying the project information becomes protracted with volume of information. Please let me know.”
