Dear Transport for London,

Press releases issued by TfL have recently begun using the word capital as a proper noun, ie 'Capital' rather than 'capital'.
Please could you provide me with relevant emails, memos, and other internal correspondence which explains the rationale behind this change.

Yours faithfully,

M Deutsch
