Amazing. Under the CPR I'm sure they'd have to supply this. A rule 15 application under the IAT procedural rules perhaps too

Dear Smith Julian,

Please arrange for an internal review, on the following grounds:
1. Breach of time limit, as the response was delivered late, with no explanation or apology.
2. Breach of FOIA section 16 for ignoring follow-up email on 8 April, with no explanation or apology.
3. Erroneous withholding of information: the public interest in a transparent, open justice system clearly relies on information being available on this topic. If the Home Office has a proper case it will win, if it has no proper case it will lose. The idea that the Home Office can only win cases by hushing up information about its "strategy" is worrying, because the law operates on merits and not on strategy.
