Dear Westwood Shelley,

Thank you very much for your response. This is very helpful.

There are a number of references to what appear to be additional handouts in your response, viz. :

page 14:
ZH (Tanzania)
is the key case in relation to section 55. You should be aware of this case, however, bear in mind that the appellant in ZH was in the UK (unlike decisions made out-of-country by ECOs). Refer delegates to summary on handout.

Page 28:
Section 19 inserts section 85A following section 85(5) (extracts in delegates handouts).

Page 53:
Refer trainees to the definitions of each subsection on the handout.

Page 59:
ASYLUM EXERCISE ? Eritrean (The statement is on the main handout. There is a separate handout of background evidence. There is also a trainers‟ version.)

Page 60:
(Distribute EctHR Jurisprudence Article 3 Bundle)

Page 98:
Distribute example bail application and summary

Could you please supply the handouts/materials referred to in the extracts above?

Yours sincerely,

S Green

hmmm, They are able to redact the personal information. And they didnt treat this as a proper FOI internal review...

I wonder what other information they withheld, considering that they have only responded in relation to your specifically highlighted text's...

New requests on same topic (at time of annotation they are refused and with the ICO)...
