Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I am seeking information relating to Presenting Officers, who represent the Secretary of State for Work & Pensions at hearings of benefit appeals.

Please confirm in total for the whole of the UK:

- how many PO roles are unfilled, if any (e.g. where a PO has left the role and a new PO has not yet been recruited);
- the salary range for POs;
- and, how many POs have stopped working for the DWP in the last 12 months.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Brown

Dear Sir/Madam,

With respect to my earlier request for information regarding Presenting Officer statistics, please provide the requested information for Scotland only.

If this still lies outside the FOI limitations, please confirm the names of each DWP 'region' so that the request can be re-formulated as appropriate.

Yours sincerely,
