Dr. Eugenie Buchan

Dear Becky Moore,

Would you please remind SODC that by law it should have already responded to me about my request for the presentations made by developers about housing projects at Elsfield and Wick Farm: their proposals were submitted on 14 October 2016. Please press the Council to contact the original owners of these documents about my request under the Freedom of Information Act. Although the developers have pledged transparency in keeping us informed about these very large scale schemes (Bayswater 1000-1500 houses Wick Farm perhaps up to 2200 dwellings), there has been nothing but confusion and contradiction about their intentions. People in the communities most affected deserve to know exactly what the landowners have put forward to SODC

Yours sincerely,

Dr. Eugenie Buchan

Dear Dr Buchan

Thank you for your patience whilst we consulted the owners of the
documents you have requested to see. I confirm that we have now received a
response from all third parties involved and they have all given
permission for the documents to be disclosed in their entirety.

As such we have taken your request off of hold and now have a further 20
working days in which to respond (although we will of course respond as
soon as possible)

I now have the presentations ready to send to you. However, due to the
combined size of the documents (in excess of 80MB) I am unable to send
these to you via email (the maximum we can send via email is 10MB).
Therefore, I wonder whether you could kindly supply your address details,
so that I can send these to you on a disk via first class post?

I will save the files to a disk whilst I am awaiting your reply, it will
then be ready to place in the post as soon as I receive the postal address
from yourself.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Many thanks and kind regards
