BGCBC - FOI Requests, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council

Dear Geoff Jones,

In response to your Freedom of Information request, please see the
Officer's response below.

1.Are draft minutes of Committee Meetings presented to meetings of the
Full Council for approval as a correct record of the business of those
meetings? Yes – only the decisions of all Committee meetings are presented
to Full Council meetings for ratification.  A recording of the full debate
of each Committee meeting is available to view online.

If not, why not.

2 Are the draft minutes of Committee Meetings presented to the next
meetings of the Committee for approval as a correct record of the business
of those meetings? Yes apart from Planning and General/Statutory Licensing
Committees as these are regulatory meetings and have delegated powers to
make decisions.

I trust this answers your request and if you have any queries please don't
hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

Information Governance Team / Tîm Llywodraethu Gwybodaeth
