Prescriptions related to statin medication and diabetes-related medication

The request was successful.

Dear Greater Glasgow NHS Board,

For 2017/2018 what was the expenditure on primary care and secondary care prescribing?

For both primary care and secondary care, how much of this expenditure was on statin and other lipid-lowering medication and on diabetes-related medication?

Could you please give a breakdown of expenditure on the specific diabetes-related medications involved? eg insulin, metformin etc.

Yours faithfully,
George Winter
