Prescription.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, General Medical Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear General Medical Council,

i recently picked up a prescription for my partner, however written on the back was a request to see the doctor. when she phone to find out why she needed to see the doctor before she would receive the medicine she has been on for the last three years - she was told that the medication was being withheld until she visited because she missed a separate appointment with the hospital the month prior.
i'm just wondering can he actually withhold her prescription?

Yours faithfully,
Jason.
