Dear NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board,
I am requesting any policies or guidelines that you have for GP practices in the North Yorkshire Area regarding the Standards of Care for Long-Term Indwelling Catheters and the Formulary of Continence Supplies including Catheters, Catheter Devices, Catheter Maintenance Solutions and any Prescribing Quantities Guidelines.
