Dear Freedom of Information,
Correct me if I am wrong but if DBC received an asset of 220,480 shares @ £1 upon gaining unitary status, then if the shares are now worth nothing then DBC has lost the value of this asset.
Thanking you for the info.

Yours sincerely,

Les Hume

Les, agreed if I had 200,000 shares worth £1 and now they are worthless, in my humble opinion I have lost £200,000 of money?

Also why is every FoI request late these days and when reminded they seem to think an appology is OK? I for one am sick of late responses on an almost guarenteed basis!

Dear Darlington Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Darlington Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Premier Waste Management in liquidation.'

[ Item 5 of my request
The information that was given to me ref. the loss to DBC was incorrect. Loss of share value is loss of an asset and has some value ]

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

Les Hume
