Premature birth
Dear NHS South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group,
Dear south Tyneside NHS Trust,
I would like, under the provisions of the FOI Act, a copy of the
following statistics for year 2012 -13
Number of premature babies born
Number of premature babies that have survived their premature birth
Number of prematures babies that have not survived their premature
birth
Number of premature babies that have died whilst under the care of
the neonatal clinic
How many cases of premature babies deaths have been questioned by
parents, and had cases brought against the South Tyneside NHS
trust
How many premature babies deaths have been a result of neglect by
the neonatal clinic
How many premature babies deaths have been in question, and
therefor gone into an inquest
