Preferential treatment for parking offences.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Conwy County Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Conwy County Borough Council,
A Mr Richard P Windmill states publicly he has had 2 parking tickets cancelled due to his complaints.
One like my own ticket was issued due to a blue badge not being displayed.
He admits being offensive to the warden which resulted in a court case.
He claims another ticket was also cancelled due to his complaints.
It is alleged that his blue badge is issued for the use of his son.
Why therefore are you treating this man so favourably when most of the time he uses the blue badge for his own business use and not his son’s use by parking on double yellow lines.
Is it a case of who shouts loudest gets their ticket cancelled or do you give preferential treatment to some and not others?

Yours faithfully,

Michael Morris
