This Freedom of Information Request concerns Land off Sunnydale Road, Swanage, BH19 2JA as described in the planning application reference 6/2017/0393, which is now withdrawn.

The information requested is all documents (which should include all letters, minutes, file notes, and other deposited documents/plans) relating to this site following the withdrawal of the aforementioned planning application and which may (or may not) be part of any current pre-application process in respect of a future application, whether emanating from PDC or DCC or from the landowner, the proposed developer or their agents.

There is currently no record of any new information on the planning system
regarding this development that has been received since the withdrawal of
application 6/2017/0393.  If the applicant enters into pre-application
discussion and advice with the Council before a new application is
submitted, the outcome of these discussions will be published as part of
