Dear Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service,

Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

At a recent consultation meeting, the Merseyside Fire and Rescue
Service stated that they had sought pre application planning advice
from Wirral Council officers over a proposed planning application
for a new fire station at various locations including their
preferred site of Greasby Rd, Greasby, Wirral, Merseyside CH49 3AT.
This request may have come from the Merseyside Fire and Rescue
Service, the Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority or agents acting
for either body.

This Freedom of Information Act request is for:

(a) the date/s that pre application planning advice was sought by
either the Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service, the Merseyside Fire
and Rescue Authority or agents acting for either body on this
matter
(b) the fee paid to Wirral Council for it
(c) the date that pre application planning advice was given by
Wirral Council
(d) copies of the following documents submitted with the request
for pre application planning advice at this site: Greasby Rd,
Greasby, Wirral, Merseyside CH49 3AT:
(i) location plan
(ii) site plan
(iii) description/written statement of proposal
(iv) sketch plans (including elevations and layouts) of the
proposals
(v) whether the plans referred to in (d)(i) to (d)(iv) are
commercially sensitive
(e) a copy of the written pre application planning advice given by
Wirral Council to Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service or agent/s
acting on its behalf, Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority or
agent/s acting on its behalf
(f) whether Wirral Council holds other any other information
related to this request (not listed above) such as advice about
other potential sites for a fire station in the Greasby area (other
than Greasby Rd, Greasby, Wirral, Merseyside CH49 3AT) & potential
green belt implications and if so the brief nature of this
information.
