Dear Kate Symington,
Thank you for the information provided.

I note hat 7 meetings were held pre-application; you have sent notes of two of them.

I am concerned that there are only two official records of the seven meetings; why is this?
Surely every meeting with a developer should be recorded, not only of what was said, but who attended on both sides. Please let me know why this was not the case.
Yours sincerely,

R Thurlow

Dear Kate Symington,
Thanks for your reply.

You seem to be hedging the question. I wish to be supplied with notes of the 7 meetings irregardless of whether they were un-official notes of the meetings or sent to Pegasus as pre-application advice. I also would like the names of those people from the Developer's representation, (the attendees at each meeting). Were any notes taken, regardless of whether they were later issued as "preapplication" advice?

EDDC officials must make notes of the meetings that they have held with potential developers, whther they are official meetings or not. And the public must be able too have access to
