Pre-app - Land North of Marden 2020

The request was successful.

Dear Maidstone Borough Council,

During summer 2020, DHA Planning, acting as the Promoters of the proposed "Land North of Marden" development, entered into a planning performance agreement ("PPA") with Maidstone Borough Council ("MBC"). Rob Jarman (Head of Planning & Development at MBC) arranged a pre-app meeting where members from the Planning Committee and the Strategic Planning and Infrastructure (SPI) Committee were present.

This is separate from the Call for Sites process and is related to a regular planning application for the site.

I am requesting, under the EIR, a copy of all communications about this separate pre-app planning application, as well as a copy of the attendees for the pre-application meeting and a copy of any presentation(s) shown in the virtual pre-application meeting.

Separately, if there is now a PPA between either the Promoters (and/or the developer Countryside Properties) and MBC, then please send me a copy of this, as well as a copy of all communications relating to the drafting of the PPA between the aforementioned parties.

Yours faithfully,

David Windham

Dear Maidstone Borough Council,

I have received no acknowledgement of this FOI/EIR. Please advise it has been received?

Yours faithfully,

David Windham
