Practices live on a Dental Contract Prototype

We're waiting for Alex Brooks to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

On gov.uk at https://www.gov.uk/government/collection... the DHSC has published a regulay updated list of dnetal practices live on a dental prototype contract (https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...).

The list contains the practice name, NHS England Area Team (NHSE AT) and contract type.

I would like to request this same list, but with the address of each practice listed, not just the NHSE AT region.

Although it is possible to locate and identify each practice from the information given, with some practices it can be difficult to be sure that you have identified the exact practice - occasionally there are multiple practices with the same name in one region.

I would also suggest that you may with to consider adding this information to the published list.

Thanks so much for your help.

Yours faithfully,

Alex Brooks
