Dear Judicial Office for England and Wales,

My name is Gary Steel and I am researching a dissertation for a Masters' in Law at Nottingham Law School.

I would like to be provided with a Practice Guidance issue by Bingham MR in 1994 which related to the informal use of "Lady Justice" when referring to female Court of Appeal judges. The Guidance relates to Baroness Butler-Sloss when she was a Lady Justice of Appeal. The Guidance was placed on a statutory footing in 2004 with the passing of the Courts Act 2003.

In addition can you please include a citation or a location of this information so that I am able to correctly reference it in my work?

Yours faithfully,

Gary Steel
