I  refer  to  your  request  which  we  received  on  17  March  2025  requesting  all  advice 
issued  to  Executive  Ministers  in  the  last  three  years  on  how  they  should  present 
themselves physically in photos and videos.  
 
I am writing to confirm that The Executive Office (TEO) has now completed its search 
for the information requested and have established that no information is held by the 
Department.
