Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
In the last three years how many Partner Payment Notices have been issued? What is the total amount involved? How much has been paid, how much disputed? "Has any legal action been instigated, if so on how many occasions.
Yours faithfully,
Michael Hind

Thank you for your communication of 10th October which has been passed to
HMRC's Freedom of Information Team.
We have allocated the above reference which you should quote if you need
to contact us.
The Team will arrange for a reply to be sent to you which will either
