We obtained email addresses from the website https://www.sccl.nhs.uk and wrote to them asking for this information. We received bouncebacks. To cut a longer story short we noted the statement made here https://www.supplychain.nhs.uk/about-us/ that sccl is a company wholly owned by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care and as such we have asked the Information Commissioner if they are therefore subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
