PPE contracts
Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I would like to receive information regarding the fulfilment of PPE contracts awarded by the Department of Health and Social Care under Covid-19 emergency procurement powers between April 2, 2020 and July 29, 2020.
1) Specifically I would like to know for each of the companies listed below:
a) What is the current status of this order as of January 5, 2021?
b) Is the product supplied in this order in use by the NHS?

Ayanda Capital Limited: £252,500,000
Uniserve Limited: £186,425,000
Ramfoam Limited: £149,310,000
P14 Medical Limited: £120,205,968
Clandeboye Agencies Ltd: £107,520,000
2) What quality checks are carried out on PPE products ordered by DHSC? Please provide a brief summary or copies of documents showing the process for quality checks on PPE products ordered by DHSC.
Please note, this FOI follows on from FOI reference FOI-1253055. I have considerably narrowed the scope of my questions and this should allow you to ascertain and provide this information within the £600 (24 working hours) cost limit.

If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.
