Dear local council,

I'm getting in touch with you with a Freedom Of Information request. Please could you tell me the following for your jurisdiction;

A) the number of complaints your council have received about potholes in your area in 2016 and 2017?

B) how many compensation claims have been made against your council because of accidents caused by potholes in 2016 and 2017?

C) how much have your council paid out as a result of the above compensation claims in 2016 and 2017?

D) What was the largest amount the council have paid out in a compensation claim for accidents caused by potholes in both 2016 and 2017 respectively?

Please provide this information in a table format wherever possible.
